I cannot really comment on getting an appointment as I haven’t tried for a long time.

The organisation for getting the Covid jab yesterday was excellent - no waiting and everyone very kind and helpful.

Almost impossible to get an appointment so eventually you give up.

On this occasion everything was fine. I will say that I believe your receptionists have an extremely difficult job and do it as well as is possible to help patients

It was a covid booster which was organised so well in and out in 5 minutes! Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff who put everyone at their ease! Wonderful team work as always billingshurst surgery thank you
